Aurora

Great place to live - clean, modern building, terrific location next to shopping and transit, and really good management team.

We are now living since one year in Aurora and could not be happier. The apartments are bright, spacious and the building is always kept clean and well maintained. There is a beautiful looked after garden in the front and a small nature walk in the back of the building. The Building staff is always friendly, helpful and warmhearted. We are so happy with our choice and would highly recommend the location.

I am now into my second year Tenancy at Aurora in Watkiss Way. I consider myself to be very fortunate to have found Aurora in Watkiss Way, Victoria. The complex is not only very well managed by Boardwalk in general, but in particular by the Resident Manager and Maintenance person. Both the Resident Manager and Maintenance man are always readily available and cheefully and promptly attend to any issues that may arise. Now with Spring well under way, the gardens around the two buildings are looking very attractive, with a variety of blooms, grasses and vines.Aurora is located adjacent to Eagle Creek Village, with Quality Foods, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Cobbs Bread and many more stores including a Pharmacy. Close to bus stops and with a direct bus to and from downtown Victoria.

Beautiful apartments at a great location, close to everything you need, shopping mall and bus stops just next to the building. All while being surrounded by Vancouver Island's beautiful nature. Very quite and really helpful management.

This place is wonderful to live.Excellent neighbors, the manager chooses very well who will live there.We have a Mall below us where we can find practically everything.The building is very well maintained and always clean.My family is very happy living here.
