The staff are not all friendly, depends on who you get. Mine were very friendly and helpful. I dealt with 3, out of the 3, Vera has been consistently unfriendly. But my experience with the rest of the staff was great. Also they have sign for customer with attitude and their zero tolerance policy; doesn't apply to most people... LoLFYI, this sales office has been moved to SQ1. The farmers market is still here though!

Everyone knows about this great builder! I have had a few of their beautiful homes and now looking forward to their project in Vaughan which will be closing end of 2023, really excited ! They are always on time with their closing schedule and zero headache as a builder !

Extremely unfriendly staff , rude from the very beginning. Disrespectful towards potential purchasers and will treat you with an attitude. Not worth it.
